Fourth Trimester Care

Restore your pelvic floor and core, address diastasis recti, get expert advice, and start to feel like your unstoppable self again. Get care from a pelvic health physical therapist who will be focused on taking care of you, while you’re focused on taking care of your baby.

Bladder & Bowel Control

While peeing when you sneeze may be a common experience, it is absolutely an abnormal one. Incontinence, increased urinary urge, bloating and constipation can be signs that it’s time to explore pelvic physical therapy.

Pain with Sex

Pain before, during or after sex (otherwise known as dyspareunia) should never be accepted as bearable. Sex can be physically and emotionally complicated, but the goal is that it should always be pleasurable.

Pregnancy Pains & Birth prep

Scientists say that being pregnant is as physically intense as running a 40-week marathon. You would certainly train for a marathon, so you should train as effectively for childbirth.

Pelvic Organ Prolapse

The pelvic floor has several big jobs to accomplish, one of which is to support all of your pelvic organs including the bladder, uterus, vagina and rectum. If you feel that support isn’t working properly or a sense of heaviness - pelvic physical therapy can help.

And more

Hip and lower back pain can often be related to pelvic floor dysfunction. Not sure if you need to see a pelvic physical therapist? Kins can help.
